gtmprobe is run by Radu Bordei ("we", "us"). By using gtmprobe.com, app.gtmprobe.com or the gtmprobe plugin for AI assistants, you agree to these terms. If you use gtmprobe for a company, you agree for it too.
The service
AI agents research markets, build ideal customer profiles, find leads and write campaigns, which gtmprobe sends from the mailboxes you connect. The plugin lets AI assistants such as ChatGPT do the same in your workspace. We improve gtmprobe all the time, so features can change.
Your account
Give accurate details and keep your sign-in safe. You are responsible for what happens in your workspace, including what your teammates and the apps you connect do there.
Acceptable use
- Follow the law: the email and privacy laws where you and your recipients are, such as CAN-SPAM, GDPR and CASL. Have a lawful reason to email each person.
- Be honest: say truthfully who you are, and honour every opt-out.
- Send nothing harmful: no phishing, malware, harassment or illegal content.
- Respect your providers: use your mailboxes within their providers' terms.
- Leave gtmprobe whole: don't attack, overload, copy or resell it.
We may suspend a workspace that breaks these rules.
Your content
What you put into gtmprobe, and what it makes for you, is yours. You let us process it only to run gtmprobe for you, as the privacy policy describes. You are responsible for the contacts you add and the emails you send.
AI output
Other services
Your mailbox providers, AI assistants such as ChatGPT and other services you connect have their own terms. We aren't responsible for them, and a provider may limit or close a mailbox on its own.
Limits and plans
- Each workspace has a monthly limit on AI calls.
- Lead searches, finding emails and verifying emails use credits.
- We agree any paid plan with you before charging you.
Ending
You can stop using gtmprobe at any time and ask us to delete your data. We may suspend or close a workspace that breaks these terms or puts gtmprobe or others at risk.
No guarantees
gtmprobe is provided as is. We work to keep it running and accurate, but we don't guarantee it is always available or error-free, or that your emails land in inboxes or get replies.
Liability
As far as the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or lost-profit losses, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Changes
When these terms change, we update this page and its date, and email account owners about important changes. Using gtmprobe after a change means you accept it.
