What gtmprobe collects, why, who it shares it with, and your choices.

Last updated October 30, 2026

gtmprobe is the website at gtmprobe.com, the app at app.gtmprobe.com and the gtmprobe plugin for AI assistants such as ChatGPT. It is run by Radu Bordei ("we", "us").

In short: we use your data only to run gtmprobe for you. We don't sell it, show ads with it or train AI models on it.

What we collect

  • Your account: your name, your email and your password, stored only as a hash, or your Google sign-in.
  • Your workspace: projects, ideal customer profiles, campaigns and their emails, lists, and your chats with the assistant.
  • Contacts: the people you import or find through gtmprobe, such as their names, job titles, companies and work emails, and the public company information our agents read on websites.
  • Mailboxes: the mailboxes you connect (Google Workspace, Gmail, Microsoft 365 or SMTP and IMAP) and their credentials, encrypted. We send your campaigns from them and read their new mail to find replies to those campaigns. We store only the replies.
  • Usage: the AI calls and credits your workspace uses, and server logs, such as IP addresses, for security and fixing problems.
  • Connected apps: when you connect an AI assistant such as ChatGPT, which app it is, the access you allowed and its tokens, stored only as hashes.

How we use it

Only to run gtmprobe for you:

  • Research markets and find leads for your projects.
  • Write, send and track the campaigns you set up, and show their replies in your Unibox.
  • Find and verify the emails you ask for.
  • Keep accounts secure, enforce usage limits and fix problems.
  • Send you account emails, such as the welcome email.

Who we share it with

Service providers that run parts of gtmprobe for us, each getting only what its part needs:

An AI assistant you connect gets what its tools read, under its own provider's privacy policy. We also share data when the law requires it.

The people you contact

You decide whom to contact, and you need a lawful reason to email them. We hold their data on your behalf. Once someone opts out or an email to them bounces, gtmprobe never emails them from your workspace again. Anyone who received an email sent through gtmprobe can ask us what we hold about them.

ChatGPT and other AI assistants

When you connect gtmprobe to ChatGPT or another assistant, you sign in to gtmprobe and choose its access on our consent screen: reading only, or also making changes, such as creating campaigns. It reaches only your workspace, and each change is logged as yours. Remove it in the assistant's settings, or email us to revoke its access on our side.

How long we keep it

As long as your account is open. Email us to delete your account and workspace and we delete them within 30 days, keeping only what the law requires. Server logs are kept only as long as security and fixing problems need them.

Security

  • Everything travels over HTTPS.
  • Mailbox credentials are encrypted.
  • Passwords and access tokens are stored only as hashes.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct, export or delete your data, or object to how we use it. In the EU or UK, you can also complain to your data protection authority.

Cookies

The app sets one cookie, to keep you signed in. There are no advertising or tracking cookies, and the website has no analytics.

Changes

When this policy changes, we update this page and its date, and email account owners about important changes.
